SONAO Game Rules (Gift Boxes)

Article 1 – Organizer
This game is organized by SONAO, a non-profit Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), with its registered office at: Rue Gabriel Chevallier, 69460 Vaux-en-Beaujolais, France.

Article 2 – Game Overview
The “SONAO Gift Box Game” is a free, no-purchase-necessary game based entirely on chance.
50 numbered gift boxes (S1 to S50) are available. Some contain generous cash prizes, anonymously donated (over 1,800,000€ in total), while others are completely empty.

🎯 Objective: The participant selects a box at random. If it contains a prize, they win it. If the box is empty, no prize is awarded.

Article 3 – Eligibility
The game is open to any individual who is:

18 years of age or older (or under 18 with parental consent),
residing in an eligible country,
registered on the website www.sonao.org.

Only one entry is allowed per person, per game session.

Article 4 – How to Participate
Participation takes place exclusively online at www.sonao.org.
Participants select one of the 50 available boxes (S1 to S50). Once the choice is validated, the contents of the box are revealed.

Article 5 – Prize Allocation
The winning boxes are randomly assigned before each game session.
Participants do not know the contents in advance. If the chosen box contains a prize, it will be awarded according to the terms stated (such as by bank transfer or other specified means).

Article 6 – Nature of the Prizes
Prizes may include cash amounts or defined gifts, and are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
If a prize is unavailable, SONAO reserves the right to substitute it with another of equal value.

Article 7 – Liability
SONAO is not responsible for:

technical malfunctions affecting access to the game,
fraudulent participation,
display or result errors.

In the event of force majeure, SONAO reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the game.

Article 8 – Personal Data
All data collected in connection with the game is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
