SONAO General Terms of Service (GTS)

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Service govern access to and participation in the services offered by SONAO, including:

Donation offers for individuals in serious need
Interest-free loan programs
Gift box games and draws

These services are provided free of charge and are subject to conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To benefit from SONAO’s services, applicants must:

Be of legal age (unless otherwise specified)
Provide truthful, complete, and verifiable information
Demonstrate real financial or humanitarian need (for donations and loans)

SONAO reserves the right to verify all information and request supporting documents.

3. Application Process

Applications are submitted online at www.sonao.org or through an official representative. The process may include:

Form submission
Identity verification
Supporting documentation review
Interview or follow-up communication

Applications are reviewed by an internal committee. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Donations

Donations are non-refundable and intended to support essential needs. Beneficiaries agree to use funds as stated in their application.

Any misuse may result in exclusion from future support and potential legal action.

5. Interest-Free Loans

SONAO may offer zero-interest loans with flexible terms. Although no interest is applied, beneficiaries must respect the repayment schedule where applicable. Loan forgiveness or extensions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Gift Box Games

Participation in gift box draws is free and open to all registered users. Winners are chosen randomly. No purchase or donation is required. Rules of the games are detailed in the Game Rules.

7. Misrepresentation and Fraud

Providing false information or engaging in fraud will result in immediate disqualification and possible legal action.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Modifications

SONAO reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users are encouraged to check this page regularly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be handled by the competent French courts.
